Refund Policy (Services)

At VahanPe – A Unit of Fleet Ease Mobility Solutions LLP, we offer expert-driven vehicle documentation, compliance, and fleet support services. Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be provided once the service is booked and payment is completed, except in cases where:

• The service cannot be initiated due to an issue on our end.
• The customer cancels the request within the eligible cancellation window (see below).

In all other scenarios, no refund requests will be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their service request within 24 hours of booking, provided that:

• The process has not been initiated, and
• No paperwork, documentation, or liaison work has commenced.

After 24 hours, or once the process begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

Note: Certain time-sensitive or urgent services (such as express documentation or appointments booked within 24 hours) may not be eligible for cancellation once scheduled.

Service Delivery Timelines

We are committed to timely service delivery. Most services are completed within the estimated time shared at the time of booking. However, service timelines may vary depending on:

• Government processing times
• Customer document accuracy and completeness
• Regional transport office schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen disruptions

We will keep you informed at each stage and assist proactively in case of any delays.

Shipping & Service Delivery Policy (If Applicable)

VahanPe operates pan-India through both online and on-ground channels.

• Service requests are typically processed within 24 business hours from payment confirmation.
• Our support team will coordinate with you to schedule and deliver services at your doorstep or designated location.
• We operate on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.

For services that require pickup or delivery of physical documents, number plates, or compliance materials:

• Deliveries are handled through our in-house team or reliable logistics partners.
• Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days, based on your location.
• Delays due to courier or logistical disruptions are outside our control, though we will assist you throughout.

While we strive to ensure timely service, delays may occasionally occur due to government office working hours, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges. In such cases, we seek your cooperation and assure you of full transparency throughout the process.
